Private coaching sessions are typically 45 mins each, twice a month.

Life changing coaching, you can either fast track in a matter of weeks or take your time and go at your own pace, with lifetime access to the programme content.

Beautiful hour-long group guided visualisations to harness the moon energies, identify elements in your life that are no longer serving you, gently let them go and fill that space with love and light.
Suitable for both novices and experienced meditators. Sessions held monthly on the full moon. Places limited and given on a first come first served basis.
Rainbow Harmony
Find balance within your emotional and spiritual bodies with a personal 45 minutes online guided visualisation, filling each energy centre with love and rainbow light.
This guided visualisation is included as part of your coaching package.
Breathwork
Experience the health benefits of holotropic breathing with Introspective Breathwork™️.
Breath is the doorway to your soul, connect with yourself at the deepest level. Breathwork will help you liberate your authentic self, deepen the connection with your emotional and physical bodies and unlock the wisdom within.
