Journey with the Breath
As a young child I suffered from abdominal pain and was hospitalised for weeks, had numerous tests and no-one was able to diagnose them.
I lived with these pains for decades and it was only when I was brave enough to breathe into the pain, I felt it surface and then pass forever. It was trauma stored in my body, whenever I felt unsafe, my body’s response was to spasm in pain.
As an Introspective Breathwork Facilitator I’m passionate about helping others heal emotionally and physically, in a gentle and safe way.

Frequently Asked Questions
How long is a breathwork session?
One-to-one breathwork sessions are typically 90 minutes.
It is recommended that you do not schedule anything immediately after a breathwork session.
You may need to some additional time to integrate your experience.
What's included in a breathwork session?
A 90 minute breathwork session will comprise of the following:
• Initation: introduction and demonstration of the breath to ensure you are comfortable
• Breathwork: 60 minutes of breathwork with music and guidance
• Grounding: gentle grounding to safely bring you back to the space
• Integration: time for journalling, sharing and to ask any questions at the end
Is breathwork safe for everyone? What are the contraindications?
If you are concerned about your health, it is a good idea to discuss possible risks with your healthcare provider before embarking on Breathwork practice.
Please breath through the nose, if you have any of the following contraindications:
• Pregnancy
• Glaucoma or retinal detachment
• Any acute physical health conditions with the heart or high blood pressure (not necessarily controlled with medication)
• Cardiovascular disease including angina, previous heart attack or stroke
• Diagnosis of aneurysm in the brain or abdomen
• Uncontrolled thyroid conditions and diabetes
• Asthma – if you are asthmatic, have your inhalers within reach
• Epilepsy, seizures
• Panic attacks or psychosis
• Prior diagnosis of bipolar disorder, schizophrenia or previous psychiatric condition.
• Hospitalisation for any psychiatric condition or emotional crisis within the last 10 years.
• Any other medical, psychiatric or physical conditions which would impair or affect ability to engage in any activities that involve intense physical and/or emotional release.
Are sessions recorded?
Private sessions can be recorded and uploaded for you to view in the app.
Group breathwork sessions are recorded and made available to subscribers.

Please wear comfortable clothing.

Can I access the session on my phone or laptop?
BOTH! Zoom can be accessed from both your phone and your laptop.
