Once I am logged in, where do I find the Dream Catchers Programme content?
• Once the app is open, go to the 'Learn' tab at the bottom of the screen
• Find and click on the Dream Catchers Programme
• Now you are in the app, start at the beginning and enjoy!
Why do I have to provide my email when I complete the worksheets?
Provide your email if you would like your answers to be sent back to you.
It's quite useful to keep a record, as you will need to reference some of your answers later in the programme.
How do I join the Dream Catchers Group Coaching Sessions?
The group coaching sessions are every Tuesday, starting at 6pm (at 18:00 Central European Time)
